The working principle of cyclone dust removal:
When the dust particles are separated from the dust flow, the dust gas from the tangential inlet enters the cyclone dust collector, the air flow changes from the straight line motion to the circular motion. The overwhelming majority of the rotating air flow is spirally downward and toward the cone in the inner wall of the dust collector, and when the rotated outer spin reaches the cone, the cone is conical. The contraction speed is closer to the center of the dust collector, and the tangential velocity increases continuously, and the centrifugal force of the dust particles is also continuously strengthened. When the air reaches a certain position in the lower end of the cone, in the same direction of rotation, it reverses from the middle of the dust collector to the bottom, and continues to spiral motion to form the internal spiral flow, and the purpose of separation is to fall into the ash bucket along the wall under the action of air flow and gravity. Finally, the purified gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe, and a small portion of the dust particles that are not collected are also discharged.

It is widely used in the purification of cement, metallurgy, petrochemical, building materials, grain, machinery, electric power, waste incineration, industrial kiln and other atmospheric dust gases and the recovery of powdery materials. Iron smelting blast furnace, steelmaking converter, mixed iron furnace, electric furnace, ore heat furnace, boiler, calcium carbide furnace, blast furnace gas purification, pulverized coal preparation and pneumatic conveying, asphalt concrete production, carbon black, building materials, fire resistance, chemical industry, aluminum electrolysis, aluminum zinc smelting and so on.
