The working principle of acid mist spray tower:
The basic principle of the acid mist spray tower is to use the contact between the gas and the liquid, and transfer the pollutants in the gas to the liquid, and then separate the clean gas from the contaminated liquid to achieve the purpose of clearing the air. After the centrifugal fan is pressed into the intake section of the purification tower, the exhaust gas is vertically upwards and neutralized with the top-down absorption liquid from the spray section, reducing the concentration of the exhaust gas, and then continuing to enter the filling section. The exhaust gas is rolled into the plastic ball and then neutralizes with the absorption liquid to further reduce the concentration of the exhaust gas into the dehydrator section. Remove the droplets, the purified gas is discharged from the atmosphere. This process can cool the exhaust gas temperature, gas width and particle removal. After the removal of the mist section, it is discharged into the atmosphere.
